Not for the faint hearted, the Manhattan packs a punch and if you’re a whiskey lover, this is the cocktail for you!
Ingredients
50 ml Premium bourbon or rye whiskey
25 ml Rosso vermouth
5 ml maraschino cherry juice (Luxardo)
2 dashes Angostura bitters
ice
Garnish: Maraschino cherry or a lemon twist
Directions
Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the whiskey, vermouth and bitters. Stir for 20 seconds, add the garnish and enjoy.
